1. Who we are

Chlorona is a Stellr Lab LLC product. Stellr Lab LLC is a California company. The address is 18034 Ventura Blvd PMB 2090, Encino, CA 91316. The contact is contact@stellrlab.com. The sites are chlorona.com and chlorona.app. The Chlorona app is for iOS and Android. Hosting is our website and API on chlorona.app plus our existing database.

2. What we collect

Login is required. You sign in with Apple, Google, or X. We keep your account, your credit balance, photos you submit for identification, and the identification. We do not keep location unless you turn GPS on.

3. How we use it

We use your account so credits follow you on every device. We use photos you submit to identify the plant and, when you choose it, to check plant health. Credits are spent in the app only. chlorona.app does not identify plants and does not sell credits.

4. Photos

We may keep photos you submit, with the identification, to improve Chlorona. We do not train on identification labels unless the identification provider puts permission in writing. After you delete your account, we drop the customer link. The photo and identification may stay with no account attached. Past scans are visible only while you have an account.

5. Location

GPS is off unless you turn it on. We do not send location unless you do.

6. Payments

Credits are bought only in the Chlorona app through Apple or Google. chlorona.app does not sell credits. There is no web checkout. Plant identification uses 1 credit. Checking plant health uses 1 additional credit. Purchases are final. Unused credits are forfeited, not refunded, when you delete your account. One account, one credit pool. There is no Family Sharing product.

7. Sharing

Payments go through Apple or Google. Sign-in goes through Apple, Google, or X. Plant identification is provided by a third-party service. We do not sell credits on the web.

8. Retention

We keep your account and credit balance while the account exists. We may keep photos you submit, with the identification, to improve Chlorona, including after the customer link is dropped on delete, with no account attached.

9. Deletion

You can delete your account in Chlorona Settings in the app, and on this site at Delete account. Sign in is required on the site. The site shows your credit balance and lets you delete. It does not identify plants and does not sell credits. Unused credits are forfeited, not refunded. After delete, we drop the customer link. Photo and identification may stay with no account attached. Past scans are visible only while you have an account.

10. Your rights

You can sign in, see your credit balance, and delete your account in the app and on chlorona.app. California law governs.

11. Security

Hosting is our website and API on chlorona.app plus our existing database. Payments are via Apple or Google.

12. Children

Chlorona is not directed at children under 13.

13. Changes

When this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
